Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer who can architect, design, and implement advanced web applications and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Next.js, Python, Django, and AI/ML frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end scalable products.
This role demands a mix of technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and hands-on coding expertise to drive innovation within Ken Research’s digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications using Next.js (frontend) and Python/Django (backend).
- Architect RESTful APIs and GraphQL services, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Integrate AI/ML models into applications for advanced analytics, recommendation systems, and automation workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UI/UX teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across platforms and devices.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, cloud-native development, and modern fullstack frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years in fullstack development with hands-on coding and project leadership.
- Core Technical Skills:
- Frontend: Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind/Material UI.
- Backend: Python, Django/Flask, FastAPI.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
- AI/ML: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
- DevOps & Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions/CI-CD pipelines, AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Others: API design, microservices architecture, authentication/authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT).
- Frontend: Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind/Material UI.
- Backend: Python, Django/Flask, FastAPI.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
