Role Overview
The Engagement Manager will play a critical role in leading consulting engagements, driving business  development, and shaping client relationships. Operating in a high-impact, strategy consulting environment, the role requires deep problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and the ability to deliver data-driven insights to senior executives. The primary focus is on acquiring and executing consulting projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring impactful recommendations that align with clients' strategic goals.

What will you be doing?
Business Development
• Identify and engage key accounts to drive consulting opportunities.
• Generate outbound leads and convert them into high-value consulting engagements.
• Lead client meetings, deliver compelling pitch presentations, and develop proposals.
• Drive deal closures and ensure successful revenue realization.
• Maintain CRM discipline with regular lead tracking and updates.

Client Relationship Management
• Foster strong client relationships to ensure retention and long-term engagement.
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities through proactive client interactions.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor, addressing client needs with tailored solutions.

Strategic & Organizational Initiatives
• Lead new strategic initiatives to enhance the firm’s consulting offerings.
• Drive process improvements, optimize efficiency, and enhance cost-effectiveness.

Knowledge Sharing & Team L&D
• Contribute to team learning and development by sharing insights from client engagements.
• Participate in internal discussions to refine consulting methodologies and best practices.

Qualification & Experience
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute, preferably in Business, Economics, or related fields, 
  • 5 or Above years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, or client engagement within top￾tier consulting firms or high-growth advisory environments.
